With SWAMPBLOOD the Colonel JD Wilkes takes the muddled influence of his new home in western Kentucky, pours it through the funnel of eerie south Louisiana bayou culture, and shakes it up ‘til it explodes with the thick swamp blues of Slim Harpo.
