(SACD-HYBRID)(This CD is an SACD, a format which utilizes a new digital technology called Direct Stream Digital (DSD), which greatly simplifies the audio encoding/decoding process, resulting in a high resolution playback) uma gravação ao vivo brilhante dos arquivos de Concord, este é mais um dos excelentes trabalhos de Gene Harris para o selo, e esta sessão em particular conta com os talentos adicionais do incrível Stanley Turrentine, que também está em forma magnífica aqui, acompanhado pelo extraordinário baixista Ray Brown. Com performances impressionantes de “Misty”, “Battle Hymn of the Republic” e o bluesy swingante “Gene’s Lament” entre outros, este é para todas as idades.
