Though he’s well-known as a producer (Whiskeytown Yo La Tengo) journeyman musician and co-founder of kudzu-pop originals the DB’s releases TRAVELS IN THE SOUTH. This is the first studio album in over a decade from pop alchemist Chris Stamey. His elegant songwriting and pristine sculptures of sound make this album worth the wait.
