Disarmingly charming and foolishly romantic, THE LONGEST MEOW lays Bobby Bare’s willingness to do anything to get a girl, even if we all know it’ll somehow end badly. Co-written with members of My Morning Jacket, and feature members of… And You Will Know US By the Trail of the Dead, Clem Snide and Lambchop, THE LONGEST MEOW ranges from psychedelic melancholy to pulsing T. Rex glam boogie and down-and-dirty southern rock, Bobby fearlessly wears his heart on his stained and sweaty shirtsleeve.
