All the street ballers, hustlers and players have been rounded up to lay it down for the Sur Side including Mr. Capone-e, Mr. Criminal, Mr. Silent, Malow Mac, Lil Tweety, Lokote, Stomper (Soldier Ink) and Hi Power Soldiers. These cuts track the blue rag underground tales of the streets and back alleys of Southern California. The artists boast that this ain’t no game, that real gangsters with defiant rebellious attitudes possess ammunition for maximum damage, in other words pure gangster madness. The Hi Power militia has developed a reputation for dropping from the sky and attacking the competition in a stealth bomber, letting them know Hi Power is on top of this Chicano Rap game. Universal. 2005.
