Some truly funky, overlooked rare gems from the early 1960’s to the late 1970’s offer a unique and surprisingly original view of an era when funk music came in many different shapes and sizes but proved the adage that we are all one nation under a groove. Featuring a roster of underground funk giants including Lee Moses, Ruby Andrews, Monk Higgins, Chuck Bernard, Bobby Byrd, Tyrone Davis and many more. All selections have been newly remastered.
