Drawn from their Soul Clock years, this album captures The Whispers at the very start of their rise, built on disciplined harmonies, tight West Coast soul arrangements and a clear musical identity already taking shape. Heard now, it stands as the defining document of their early studio work and the foundation of the long career that would follow.
