Vocalist Kim Shattuck’s pop-punk voice is a memorable feature on this group’s debut album. Shattuck’s vocal style ranges across different genres, poppy and intense. Following her lead, The Muffs brought versatility and a sense of unpredictability to this debut, which made waves in the punk scene and established them as core rockers in the genre!
