“Hot off the heels of her first hit single ‘Doctor’s Orders’, Carol Douglas quickly became an overnight disco club sensation. Her recorded works, at the time showing negligible mainstream popularity and deemed perhaps ‘too underground’ for worldwide acclaim, now stand as certified disco gems showcasing one of the truest artists of the era at the very peak of their powers. First released in 1976, this sophomore album features the cult classics ‘Midnight Love Affair’, ‘In the Morning’ and ‘Lie to Me’.
