Love Mechanic, the 2015 release from the award winning JC Smith Band, includes West Coast Swing, Chicago Blues, Back Alley, Country, and Funk Based Blues. A blend of original music and artfully rearranged covers, Love Mechanic captures the live performance excitement of the JC Smith band with its onstage charisma. JC is the quintessential sharp dressed man who wrings notes from his instrument that have to be heard to be believed. With an appreciation of the past from the masters (Little Walter, Eddie Boyd) to their offspring (Electric Flag), the JC Smith band puts his own stamp on everything he does.
