A true blues pioneer who developed a beat all his own, Rosco Gordon was discovered by Ike Turner before recording for Sam Phillips in his native Memphis. Known for hits like “Booted” and “Cheese and Crackers,” Rosco’s recordings showcase his signature off-beat “Rosco Rhythm” that later influenced ska and reggae musicians decades later. Celebrate Rosco’s Sun Records recordings with this collection of deep cuts and remastered tracks called Sun Records Originals: Just Love Me Baby.
